By buying from the BattleAxe Games & Entertainment shop, you are agreeing to the policies and conditions stated on this page. Please read them carefully and make sure you unterstand them completely before making any purchases.
Our products
You can expect all our products to be in brand new condition with tags and/or packaging. Occasionally packaging may be slightly damaged or bent due to packing and handling, but this will not affect the overall quality of the product. If you are concerned about the condition of a product's packaging, please contact us before purchasing. GST is included in the listed price of all our items.
Availability
Many of the items we have in our store are also sold at conventions and events, or are on backorder. While we always try hard to make sure our store listings are up to date, we cannot guarantee your item will be available at any given time. In the event that you have purchased an item that has become unavailable, you may choose to either exchange the product for another, or receive a full refund.
Shipping options
BattleAxe Games & Entertainment sends all items via Australia Post and ships worldwide. Our postage prices are obtained directly from the AusPost parcel calculation server. This price also includes packaging materials and handling. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase (with the exception of pre-order and back order items).
BattleAxe Games & Entertainment cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit in the event that the buyer has opted not to purchase Registered Parcel Post.
Alternatively you can choose Store Pickup, where you can pick up your order from any event BattleAxe Games & Entertainment is attending (or if you live in Burnie, Tasmania or the surrounding suburbs, you can organise a pick up outside events – contact us if you are interested in this option). When using the Store Pickup option, please leave details of where you’ll be picking up the item in the ‘other comments’ field.
Payment options
BattleAxe Games & Entertainment accept PayPal, direct bank transfer, concealed cash, cheques and COD (Cash On Delivery) as payment methods.
Concealed cash and cheques are to be sent at your own risk. Please note that we will not send out any goods until we have received payment.
Currently BattleAxe Games & Entertainment do not accept credit cards, or any form of EFTPOS.
Refund policy
Please choose your items carefully, as BattleAxe Games & Entertainment does not issue refunds.
In the event of manufacturer defect, a replacement will be sent upon return of the item (postage must be paid by the buyer).
BattleAxe Games & Entertainment cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit in the event that the buyer has opted not to purchase Registered Parcel Post.
Frequent buyer vouchers
We will issue one $10 voucher for every $150 you spend at BattleAxe. These vouchers can only be used on the BattleAxe online store and cannot be exchanged for cash. Orders placed anywhere other than the BattleAxe online store, including our eBay store or at a BattleAxe event stall, will not be added to your frequent buyer account.
